Harp Guitar Gathering, Milford, CT, USA

I’ll be doing my initial foray into going “public” with my new Beneteau Harp Guitar! Stephen Bennett has been kind enough to invite me to this year’s Harp Guitar Gathering, and I’m woodshedding like crazy to make sure that I have enough tunes to play for everyone! Ha ha! I actually learned how to play the harp guitar back in the 1980s when I borrowed an old Dyer harp guitar from a friend and held onto it for about three years. I actually got pretty good at it, but then I eventually had to give the guitar back, and have never actually owned my own harp guitar until amazing Canadian luthier Marc Beneteau made me one in 2015. I’m really looking forward to getting together with all these crazy people and seeing what everybody comes up with!
